Our 200-hour yoga teacher training is designed to explore the history, philosophy and methodology of power yoga practices.

You will leave our training…
200 hour certified with the option to become a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.
Equipped with the tools to lead an all levels 60 minute Power Flow.
Prepared & informed as a community leader.
Training Format
We will learn, reflect, and practice in each module. Training will be led by members of the Monarch Team and assisted by multiple guest teachers.

During your training, you will have a membership at the studio.
Two books are required for training, as well as an extensive optional reading list. The books are not included in the course fee.
Expect to spend time outside of training reading, journaling, and practice teaching in preparation for in-person meetings. In order to graduate, you will also be required to take twenty in-person classes.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance.

At Monarch Yoga, we are committed to developing a more diverse team of yoga instructors.
