The Art of Rest: From Power to Peace (8-Hour Immersion)

Revolutionize your classes. Transform your students’ practice. Elevate your teaching.

Erick Dupree, a Philadelphia-based yoga teacher, in Extended Side Angle Pose

Taught By: Erick DuPree, Three Queens Yoga

We all love a dynamic, sweaty, and invigorating flow—but what if you could also master the art of deep rest to perfectly complement the intensity of your classes? The Art of Rest: From Power to Peace is an 8-hour, 2-day training designed specifically for Power Vinyasa, Bikram, and Baptiste yoga instructors. Led by Erick DuPree (E-RTY500 of Three Queens Yoga) this program equips you with practical tools to integrate transformative relaxation techniques into your teaching.

Tailored for high-energy yoga styles, this training combines holistic practices rooted in neuroscience and yoga philosophy to enhance both mental and physical well-being. You'll gain ready-to-use scripts, techniques, and frameworks to seamlessly incorporate deep rest into your classes while learning how to serve diverse student populations with inclusivity and adaptability.

In a world where stress is constant and rest is elusive, become the teacher your students rely on for balance, renewal, and transformation—on and off the mat.

Discover How To:

  • Balance Intensity with Stillness: Learn how to offer your students more than just physical challenges. By mastering deep relaxation techniques, you’ll guide them into states of profound rest and balance.

  • Expand Your Teaching Toolbox: Stand out in a competitive yoga market by adding Progressive Relaxation, Guided Meditation, and Supported Savasana to your classes.

  • Create Transformational Experiences: Students often return for the teachers who leave a lasting impact. With the tools you’ll gain, your classes will be remembered for both their dynamic flow and their healing stillness.

  • Serve a Wider Audience: Help students of all levels—including those recovering from injuries or experiencing stress and anxiety—find peace and renewal on their mat.

Is this training right for you?

This training is ideal for yoga teachers eager to expand their skill set and create deeper, more meaningful connections with their students. It’s perfect for instructors looking to balance their dynamic classes with practices that promote recovery and stress relief, as well as anyone seeking tools to enhance their personal practice. Participants will gain the confidence to lead relaxation-focused sessions, a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection, and the ability to stand out as a teacher offering a complete yoga experience—from power to peace.
